MTX makes it difficult to make a choice in marine subwoofers since they choose not to include full specs on their marine speakers. I have 4 12" MTX subs that I have tried to use as infinite baffle and in a sealed box without achieving the sound that I am looking for. The subs have a considerable problem with bottoming out in either configuration. I'm running two 600 watt Alpine class D amps loaded to 2 ohms. I have since taken these subs out and went with a competitor, much happier.
