Get Started
Be sure you have your new Thunder9500 Subwoofer, a suitable
enclosure, speaker wire and a T27 Torx Driver or a drill/driver with a T27
Torx bit.
Remove the Driver: Go ahead and remove the Inner Carton from the Master
Carton (be sure to keep both the Inner Carton and Master Carton and all
packing materials when you are through in case you need to ship the woofer).
After removing the Upper Insert, you may pull the subwoofer and its Baffle
Board out of the inner carton to do the following steps.
|
 |
Step 1 - Unscrew The Driver
Using a T27 Torx driver or dril/driver with a T27 Torx
bit (use extreme caution), unscrew the 6 or 8 Torx screws that hold the
subwoofer to the baffle board. You are now ready to install your Thunder9500
Subwoofer.
|
 |
Step 2 - Wire It Up
Wire the subwoofer to your enclosure. Be sure to pay attention
to polarity and use the proper series or parallel wiring techniques if you
are using more than on driver or models with dual voice coils. |
 |
Step 3 - Set It In
Set your subwoofer into your enclosure carefully. It is heavy.
Avoid dropping it into the enclosure so you don't damage your wiring or your
enclosure. |
 |
Step 4 - Screw It In
Using the appropriate screws for your enclosure, screw your
driver into your enclosure. |
 |
Enjoy It
That's it, your finished. Go ahead and enjoy your new Thunder9500
Subwoofer! |
