MTX FIGHT NIGHT 3 on January 8th, 2010 inside the Grande Ballroom at the Riviera Hotel and Casino was a sell out crowd with more than 1,600 people in attendance. It was an amateur MMA event with the top fighters from the Las Vegas area including huge MMA names like Couture and Mir.
Around 600 MTX dealers and friends from the industry packed into the Riviera Hotel and about 150 of those were treated to VIP status with dinner and drinks in the MTX VIP room and ringside seating at the fight. The other 1,000 people paid $25 for general admission seating and $50 for preferred seating to attend this spectacular show. The best amateur MMA fighters in the area, a spectacular laser show, the hottest ring girls, and the personal setting created one of the best MMA shows Vegas has ever seen.
Randy Couture’s son, Ryan, won the main event and was awarded submission of the night which earned him a pair of TP1200 speakers. Larry Mir, Frank Mir’s cousin, also won his bout by knock out and earned an iThunder for knock out of the night honors. A back and forth battle between Jimmy Jones and Maurice Senters where Jimmy Jones successfully defended his title was chosen as Fight of the Night which earned them both MTX HTB1 home theater systems.

**Shane Carwin - UFC Heavyweight title contender and MTX MMA fighter
**Brendan Schaub - The Ultimate Fighter Heavyweights runner up and MTX MMA fighter
**Danny Martinez - WEC 125lb competitor and MTX MMA fighter
**Hillary Williams - MTX team member and top 3 in the world for women’s jiu-jitsu
**T.J. Lavin - pro BMX rider and MTV reality show host
**Roy Nelson - The Ultimate Fighter Heavyweights winner and UFC heavyweight fighter
**Vinny Magalhaes – The Ultimate Fighter 8 runner up and two-time Brazilian National heavyweight jiu-jitsu champion
