Tip: How can I prove that MTX subwoofers are better and louder than competing subwoofer brands?
When your customer is buying a subwoofer, he or she will have many brands from which to choose. It is important to remember that a subwoofer makes sound by moving air. The more air it can move, the more sound (music) it can deliver. The best way to determine how much air a subwoofer can move is through the Volume Displacement Specification.

What the people are saying:
(edited for length and grammar)
"Just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your amplifier. The new series of amps is awesome! I like the fact that...you include the RCAs to wire into the amp. The other thing is that the amp's conversion does an AWESOME job, sounds as good as having real line level outs.
The car I installed [the amplifier in] did not have RCA outs and we were really in a bind to find an amp or a converter that would work well. We were considering expensive options...but the way your amps do the conversion is great. No bulky box to convert the signal and you include those RCAs to plug into the amp on the same inputs as for the line level signals.
Thanks for the great product."

A while ago I bought a 12" Rockford Punch HX2 subwoofer and blew it in 2 weeks with a 500 watt amp (yes, 500 watts RMS into 500 watts RMS). Right after that I bought a 12" Rockford Power HX2 (the one with the huge surround) and I blew it in just under a month with the same amp (500Wrms into a 1000Wrms woofer...WTF!?) ...I bought a couple of MTX 10" Thunder 8000 subs...they have lasted for 4 months (and are still going strong). I am VERY impressed with the sound quality and the bass volume. Thanks for providing us bass-heads with great reliability.
P.C. - 2005
I just want to let you know that the Thunder9500s are the best subwoofers I've ever heard. I have one 15" 9500, and people absolutely go CRAZY when they hear it. Pretty much everyone in my school (Lincoln Tech) wants one. That sub is an absolute BEAST! One day, if I have an SUV of some sort, I'm going to snatch that JackHammer. But until then, I think I'll work on buying one more 15" 9500....I'm running my 9500 from an MTX 1501D amplifier. That amp is a beast also. I also have a 10 farad capacitor. Everyone I encounter flips out - and the voltage isn't even at 14.0!
Thanks for the amazing product!"
