MTX AUDIO'S "IT'S GOOD TO BE KING" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" Sweepstakes is open to all individuals; however, to be eligible to win a prize an individual must be over the age of 18 as of September 30th, 2014 and a legal resident of the United States of America.

To enter MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King", simply place a registered order online at mtx.com between 12:01AM EDT July 11th, 2014, and 11:59PM EDT September 30th, 2014. Each time you enter you increase your chances of winning. Should an order be placed by one individual and shipped to another individual, the person placing the order shall have their name entered into the Sweepstakes.

MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" is not open to the employees of the Mitek Corporation, Atlas Sound LLC, or Innovative Electronic Designs LLC, their affiliates, or members of their families (including spouse, children, parents, brothers, and sisters living in the same household as the employee). The sweepstakes is subject to all State and Federal laws. Void where prohibited by law and in certain states where sweepstakes registration is required. These official sweepstakes rules are subject to interpretation by the Sponsor.

3. One Grand Prize Winner will receive a TS9924-22 24" JackHammer Subwoofer, manufactured by MTX Audio and delivered at MTX Audio headquarters in Winslow, IL. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any shipping costs from this location to winner's delivery location of choice. Shipping arrangements must be made within thirty (30) days of notification to the Grand Prize Winner.THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE GRAND PRIZE IS $9,999.95.

4. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be determined by a random drawing conducted on or about October 2nd, 2014 by Jeffrey Bronswick, a Certified Public Accountant (or other independent CPA designated by the Sponsor), whose decision will be final. THE ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

5. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email. Within five days of notification the Grand Prize Winner must return a photocopy of his/her government issued identification (drivers license, state ID card, United States passport) and an advertising publicity/liability release signed by the Grand Prize Winner. If a Grand Prize Winner or potential Grand Prize Winner declines to accept the prize, or in the event notification cannot be accomplished within ten days of the first notification attempt, the Grand Prize Winner or potential Grand Prize Winner may be disqualified and the Sponsor will select an alternate Grand Prize Winner. The name and a photograph of the Grand Prize Winner will be published in future product catalogs and will appear on the Sponsor’s website, http://www.mtx.com as well as being announced through social media including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Instagram. The Grand Prize Winner’s name and hometown (not street address) may be listed in Sponsor’s publications, on its website, and in its releases to the press. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for applicable local, state, or Federal taxes.

6. All entries become property of the Sponsor, and no entries will be acknowledged. All entries have an equal chance of winning. By entering, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules; (b) that any claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a Federal or state court within Stephenson County in the State of Illinois; (c) that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" Sweepstakes, but in no event shall such damages include attorneys’ fees; and (d) that under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages other than actual out of pocket expenses. No entrant shall claim or receive any damages subject to being multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or the Sponsor in connection with the MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Stephenson County Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law, rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. In no event will more than one Grand Prize be awarded.

7. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. To enter MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" Sweepstakes without ordering from MTX.com, (a) visit MTX.com/update and sign up for the MTX monthly newsletter by completing and submitting the "Join Us!" form or (b) send a self addressed, stamped, business size (#10) envelope to: MTX Audio's "It's Good To Be King" Sweepstakes, One Mitek Plaza, Winslow, IL 61089. Mailed entries will only be accepted as valid if they contain all of the following information, Entrant's full name, mailing address, contact telephone number, email address, and birthdate. Only completed entry forms will be accepted and only one can be submitted per Entrant and must be mailed separately. All correspondence, including addressing, must be in entrant’s personal handwriting. No machined and/or electronic correspondence shall be accepted. No mass/bulk mailing of any kind shall be accepted. All entries must be received by 10:00AM EDT Tuesday September 30th, 2014. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, misdirected, or late mail. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend and interpret these rules.
