JackHammer Amp Lightning Light

While driving my stereo sound suddenly stopped working.  I checked the main fuse and it was blown so I replaced it.  I now have sound, but the only light present on the amp is a yellow or orange under the lightning bolt and a high pitch noise when the stereo is on.  I've read that the yellow light means a short circuit?  But I'm not sure what to do next.  Could there be another fuse on the amp that needs replacement?

Some additional info:  The amp is the JH805 and is connected to MTX speakers and sub with a kenwood excelon head-unit.  Nothing was messed with setting wise.  My ex who was a certified MTX installer, installed it so I don't know anything about the settings, but like I said nothing was touched so should be fine.
