not bad woofer but misleading or unknowledgeable rep

I got this setup to keep trunk space, as an ex audio/video installer i know a good setup when i see one, i decided to give this woofer a try as i have used MTX for years with great results, before purchasing I chatted in to ask do the setup come with everything i needed, the guy replied 'it comes with everything you need'. I asked do the woofer come with wiring as well, the guy replied with the same exact message as if he was getting smart 'it comes with everything you need' Well when i get the package it doesn't come with everything i needed, yes there is wiring for battery, remote etc, but if you have an aftermarket head unit, the RCA wires are useless, because they are meant to splice into the old car harness, and not to the back of the head unit, I was pissed stopping in the middle of my install to run to the store and buy $14 RCA cables I usually can get for 3 bucks. Other than that, the woofer did its job, not too loud, but good filling bass. If your looking for really loud punchy, ground shaking bass, this isn't the woofer for you; but if you want nice bass to fill the gap between your mids and highs or just to replace the factory woofer with something a tad bit stronger, this is the setup for you... its a very clean look once done and will take no longer than 2 hours for a rookie installer ( 91' ford explorer)
